Terms and Conditions
I mainly conduct the sessions in person. We arrange an appointment through email, set the date and payment.
YOUR APPOINTMENT
We can reschedule your appointment 48 hours prior to it, no worries! Fewer than 48 hours notice you will be charged half of the price payed.​
HOURS OF OPERATION
​​Style Lab operates from 10am to 5pm. Any enquiry or message outside these hours will be replied in the next working hours.
DISLOCATION
I primarily serve clients in the Lisbon city center. For locations beyond a 10 km radius from Marques de Pombal, additional travel charges will apply.
EXTRA TIME
If we reach the agreed completion time and work is not done, we will discuss continuing based on mutual availability. If we cannot continue immediately, we will resume work at the earliest convenience.​
PAYMENT
You be sent the Paypal/IBAN/Wallet when we speak and the appointment will be set after the payment. For extra time, you'll be sent a Job Order with the remainder hours after the session.
Payment for extra hours is due within 24 hours to the same indicated PayPal/IBAN/Wallet.
